As a small-framed guy, the anatomic trunks fit MUCH better to my figure and is a lot less-prone to bunching up around the hip area. The definition and lift I get from them is CRAZY-good too! All without sacrificing comfort: they fit like a dream for me! I'd still choose an XS if they had it with my 27.5" waist, but the small fits fine without being too loose!
