Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has already shipped, we cannot change or cancel it. However, if your order is still processing and has not yet shipped, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of the packing process, we may be able to cancel the order.

To request a cancellarion, please contact our Customer Experience Team using the chat button or email us at customerservice@rounderbum.com with your order number. Please note that if your order is further along in the processing stage, cancellation may not be possible.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the United States and many countries worldwide, with the exception of Lebanon at this time.

Available shipping methods, delivery times, and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Order Processing Times:

We aim to pack and ship all orders within 24 hours, excluding holidays. Orders ship Monday through Friday, with select orders also shipping on weekends.

If you are placing a new order at checkout, please refer to the estimated delivery date shown, which includes both order processing and real-time transit estimates.

Shipping confirmation & tracking

Once your order has been placed and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. After your order is fulfilled and shipped, a second email will be sent that includes your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.

Tracking your order

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is fulfilled. It can take up to 1 business day for the tracking number to become active in the carrier’s system.

If you don’t see updates right away, please allow some time and check back later, as this is normal.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 15 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

International Orders:

International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not returnable due to health regulations and/or company policy:

  • Final Sale and Clearance items
  • Multipacks
  • Accessories
  • Gift Cards
  • Custom items

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
