Good material and I appreciate all the customer service that went into helping find a better size for me.
I still have trouble getting a great fit with it and the underwear rides down on me resulting in the bum rounder not actually resting on my bum very often.
When in position, it looks and feels great. Just wish it fit my body better.

My biggest problem wasn’t the underwear. I order things all the time. On a $74 order, I was charged something like $17 in taxes! It was absurd ridiculous charges! I live in Palm Springs on fee simple land. I was charged an Indian reservation charge tax. Then you charged me California tax, which was fine, then added a sales tax, and a Palm Springs tax, which is included in California tax. I felt ripped off! No one ever contacted me or made this right.

Previously I had given a one star review because the pads were paper thin, and could not imagine any company selling these at any price.
I contacted customer service with my concerns and they shipped out a thicker pair of pads, which are what I was looking for, and expected in my original order.
I only wish now I had gotten the full boxer briefs as the short ones I received(though no fault of the company) slip a lot, and I have to keep pulling them up.
To solve this, I wear my regular boxer briefs over the short ones, and it works fine.
Customer service with this company is the best.
They worked swiftly to resolve my problem.
