The sleeves could be shorter so they don’t show under my golf polo shirts. The chest could compress my man boobs a bit more so they aren’t pointy, but nothing says and my belly definitely gets smaller and less jiggly
And by that I mean, dont be frightened by the size of the shirt before you put it on. Once I put it on, I was amazed at how much flatter my stomach was, and at how well it defined my chest and midsection. Sure, its a tight fit, but the resluts are awesome and you'll get some heads turned in your direction.
The seamless compression T is amazing. It doesn't look like it will fit when you take it out of the package. Prepare to be amazed. The material is soft, the compression is very slimming and the material stretches to a perfect fit. I bought one black and one nude

Definitely helps with man boobs. Makes you feel better about yourself. I’m not fat. 5” 10, 157 pounds 51. If you are over weight or obese, get on the treadmill, this won’t cure your over eating problem.

I had difficulty slipping it on which makes me think I could ordered a size larger. But the slimming effect of the Rounderbum Shapewear made me look naturally slim.
I enjoy the quality of these. They're much thicker than similar from other brands, which makes them pricer (and warmer) . I will say i think the sleeves are too long and make it difficult to wear something like polos. The shaping and posture correction could be more defined as well. Also, the neckline is a little low for me. If these are addressed I'd buy more in the future.
I bought 2 of these shirts (one black and one white) in November of 2017 at the same time that I started a new nutritional regimen. It helps to my posture and psychologically helps me to feel I'm slimmer and look better when I see myself in the mirror. I'm a 53 gay male with image issues. It's April of 2108 and I went down 2 sizes of pants and I have more muscle definition. I will but again the tank top version for Summer time.
